Underwater battles - casual puzzle game made in 2D graphics.
You have three attempts to kill all the fish, sometimes moving in a curved line, and sometimes along the optimally fast route across the screen in the direction of the starfish. If the fish manage to reach the starfish 4 times, then the game is considered lost. You have to shoot fish of various colors and shapes, and chains of the same type of fish (three or more pieces) disappear when hit by a fish of the same color and type. Types of thrown fish can be changed for convenience.

"Underwater battles" is not a game you should play but considering the absolutely ludicrious regular price tag of $33 it's unlikely you'll ever want to. I got it from the heavily discounted "bundle" where the game suddenly drops down to $1 ... yeah. It's not worth $1 either. As it's similarly insanely overpriced predecessor "Secrets of Egypt" it's a Zuma clone, and not a particularly good one. From the start it becomes obvious this is a very basic mobile template that has been flipped for way too much money on Steam. Steamworks isn't integrated so there are no achievements here. The only gameplay this offers is a [i]very[/i] basic Zuma experience you can get easily on the web for free. As is often the case with scam games like this the positive reviews are extremely suspect and reek of manipulation. All positive reviews have been posted by accounts known for repeat review manipulation within hours of release, are in broken english or in Russian and were direct purchases. The game is normal. But it is expensive for such a price and at least achievements are needed. And collectible cards are better.18 found this helpful
