About UniqKiller: Urban Shooter

Tired of the same old shooters? We hear you. In Uniqkiller, you create heroes with distinct appearances, skills, and styles for PvP battles in urban environments! The controls are so simple, that even your grandma could play. But don’t get us wrong – it’s fast, intense, and packed with endless possibilities. Play on PC or mobile, build your own path, and watch your "Seekers" shine and reach the spotlights.Instead of settling for pre-made characters that need to be unlocked, you customize your operator by combining body type and parts, outfits, combat classes, skills and weapons to create a unique hero.Shape your gameplay and progression path. In Uniqkiller, your choices in creating and improving characters directly impact how you play and grow! With an auto-shooting system and simple, intuitive controls, Uniqkiller is easy to pick up and play. But the depth of customization for your operators, the variety of game modes, the top-down perspective, and tactical combat mechanics push the limits of strategic thinking — challenging players to truly stand out, whether you’re a rookie or a pro.Uniqkiller is the first-ever Urban Shooter — where battles unfold across realistic cityscapes inspired by real-world locations. Gritty, modern, and unapologetically urban — no fantasy worlds here, just pure street attitude.Uniqkiller isn’t just about playing. It’s about being seen and making an impact. You start as a “Seeker”. The more you stand out in the game, the closer you get to becoming a “Uniqk” — legendary players who’ve left their mark so deeply that they’ve been immortalized as collectible plushies, exclusive skins, in-game lore, and real-world rewards delivered right to your door.UniqKiller is a free to play cross platform and crossplay (PC and mobile), meaning that you can play whenever you are.
Play with or against your friends. Form alliances or start wars. It’s all about standing out — solo or with your squad. Uniqkiller gives you all the tools to make your mark. To connect with other players and share your experience, join our Discord community.

It's like they grabbed the concept of a PvP third-person shooter and stripped it of good mechanics, any technical skill, or even a decent perspective.

It's very little more than rush-in-and-die, and of the 3 or 4 matches I played up to this review, I'm fairly certain there's just one map. Didn't know it was a mobile port until starting the game. After seeing mobile-only control instructions, and subsequently experiencing the jankiness of the controls, it shows. Frustrating as it can be to have (apparently-)limited control of where your bullets shoot (especially when confronting multiple enemies), it's hard to stay mad when rounds only last five minutes. I like the lack of chat (of any kind) because trash-talking would ruin the vibe. It's already quick'n'stupid - and sometimes that's what you need. Sometimes that's [i]all t…
