Hard to understand what you're doing wrong, I don't think it's a bad game, but a lot of work is needed. Add more quality of life and improve the tutorial, I still don't know how to rotate a building, or even scroll in and out, not sure if you can. The game displays a lot of message that I just don't understand besides the incident logs. A lot of buildings are not unlocked at first, but you don't really know how to unlock the stuff that you want. For instance, I had a building in fire, I still don't know to this day how to unlock the fire department. I didn't play for long so maybe I did not understand a lot of the concepts of the game, but to be fair the tutorial explain pretty much nothing, except if you never played a video game in your entire life.9 found this helpful
The game has a simple and accessible city builder concept, making it easy to get into for casual players. The pixel art is clean and clear, and the progression system gives a good sense of growth. I also like the variety of buildings and the proximity bonus mechanic, which adds some strategic depth. The incident system is a nice touch and keeps you thinking about how to manage your city. There are still a few areas that could be improved. A clearer tutorial for the variable bars would help, as it’s not very intuitive right now. UI-wise, it would be better to differentiate “produces” and “consumes” with different colors, and the extra gold display feels a bit redundant. It would also be great to have a feature to move buildings instead of having to rebuild them. Overall, a solid and enjoyable city builder with good potential.4 found this helpful
It is an interesting game that I would recommend. Of course, there are still some things that could be improved, but the game was only released a day ago. What bothers me is the issue that I cannot move the camera, which means I can only see a small part of the game world. I would also be happy if the game had a windowed mode and supported ultrawide monitors (34"). Overall, it is a well-made game that is enjoyable to spend time with.3 found this helpful
