About Vector Elite
Vector Elite
A calculated, precision-based puzzle shooter designed to be played on VR headsets but can also be played with mouse and keyboard and has full controller support. Visualize your surroundings and determine the best shot to take at the most effective angle. Place portals to cut a more direct path to your target and make your shot even more unprecedented. With multiple level types and a different challenge presented in each one, you'll always be on the lookout for the best solution so you can achieve your highscore.
Use Portals to Your Advantage
Do portals make things simpler or more complicated? Either way, you have them so why not use them to cut a path right to your target and hit them in the most direct way imaginable. Or overcomplicate your shot and use a portal to pull off the most ridiculous trickshot you can think of. The possibilities are endless when you have the power to cut a hole in reality itself.
Current Challenges You'll be Facing
Try the 'buttons' levels where some targets will be locked behind an impenetrable forcefield and the only way to remove it is by hitting a button. Or try the 'lights out' levels where it might be a little more difficult to see what your objective might be. Use your flashlight to get your bearings. More planned features and level types are coming as well.
Designed for VR, Playable Without
While playable without a headset, an even greater experience can be achieved in VR where there is more visual freedom and immersion. Feel even more in control in VR where making a precision shot bounce toward your target grants even more satisfying victories.

It is overall a unique game with a great idea. Portals felt really cool and VR takes it to another level. It reminds me of those bullet bounce games. It feels like super hot and portal mixed together. I have beat every level but now I am going to attempt to get three stars. My main criticism is the controls, but I have been in contact with he developer and he says that he is working on a new control scheme which he says he will add soon if not already.2 found this helpful
'Vector Elite' is a puzzle/strategy game in which you have to kill a set number of training dummies in each level. Some are in plain sight, but others are hidden behind walls and platforms. With only 3 bullets you have to do some thinking about how to kill them all and if you want 3 stars on each level you have to do this with a single bullet. You can use Portal-style teleport wormholes to do this or you can use bouncing off walls and your shield. With over 40 levels there is a fair amount to do here and you will easily get your money's worth if you try and get the 3 stars (or bullets as they are in this game) on all the levels. While it is fun and it does get the old brain working it is also unnecessarily fiddly. I mean, why I have only got one gun? Why not a firing gun and a teleport gun? And why two buttons to fire the teleport holes, why not just have one button for both of them?!? Then there is the boring graphics. There is simply nothing to look at here and no variety at all no matter what level you are playing. Heck, it doesn't even change the colour of the cubes to tell you you are on a different stage! While I do still give this the thumbs up it needs a lot of work to be…2 found this helpful
