what an epic game it needs more content but the game is good

Well yeah that was fun, pretty silly idea but it plays well. Didn't take long to beat the game though. Once I figured out how the upgrades work, It's worth a go!

Very short that I thought it was just a demo, they could easily add a rough lite mechanic where you get something for beating it and start over with harder enemies. I beat the game in 0.4hrs and there's not really a reason to keep playing, but it was pretty fun while it lasted.

Vegetables of Mass Destruction is one of those games that sounds completely ridiculous on paper, but I found the idea genuinely fun once I started playing. I control a raccoon sent out by Sensei Cow to rescue farm animals from evil robots, while using vegetables as weapons. The whole setup is colorful and silly, and I liked that the game fully commits to the absurdity instead of trying to make everything feel overly serious. The main combat is a hack and slash roguelite loop where I fight through groups of robots and work my way deeper into the farm. Different vegetables have their own attributes and play styles, so I have to think about which one fits the situation best. I enjoyed the fact that the vegetables are not just weapons either, since I can also eat them for permanent buffs and healing. That gives every pickup an interesting choice because I am deciding whether I want immediate benefits or a stronger weapon. The companion system adds even more personality to the runs. As I rescue the animals, I can choose companions that provide their own useful bonuses.
