"Wander Vyrosa" is a failed attempt to make a 3D tower defense game with the "on a little planet" gimmick. It failed dismally so the developers walked away... but not before pocketing a few bucks from gamers. Just like other TD's, your slapping down and managing towers, but on a little planetoid. With bad graphics. The developers abandoned this 1 year and 6 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. In terms of visuals, this features fairly low quality low poly 3D visuals which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and while some developers struggle with creating high quality visuals, failing to do so is a disservice to gamers. It's very difficult to recommend bad looking games. The developer chose not to do the job of a real game developer and create meaningful bespoke levels, narrative based gameplay progression and so on. Instead, they decided that "Procgen IS content!" and lazily tried to use procgen algorithms to create infinite, samey, repetitive, soulless levels, because that's a lot less work. As a result of this p…

Has a fun artstyle, gameplay that is a mix of tower defense, super mario galaxy, and deep rock. Good sound design to match the aesthetic of the game. All around fun experience. A few kinks to work out, but that's to be expected of early access

Interesting game with bugs I've recently discovered my love for tower defence games and was really intrigued by this game's graphics. I love that for a free game it offers a lot of things, even if the game loop is alwaays the same. You choose a planet to travel to, build defenses for the drill and wait until the drilling is done. You can also upgrade and look at different planets to travel to depending on resources etc. There are also boss fights. Sadly, the game is badly optimised and crashes easily. I eventually fell through the world, got in a violent brawl with the monsters before the game didn't know what to do anymore and closed.
