About Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus
Lead the Adeptus Mechanicus as Magos Dominus Faustinius across 50 hand-crafted missions to stop a Necron awakening, customizing your Tech-Priests with augmentations and managing resources on the mysterious planet of Silva Tenebris. Engage in tactical turn-based combat with branching story choices, stunning visuals, and an original narrative from Black Library author Ben Counter that delivers multiple endings based on your decisions.

Take control of one of the most technologically advanced factions in the Imperium: the Adeptus Mechanicus. As Magos Dominus Faustinius, you’ll lead operations on the newly rediscovered planet of Silva Tenebris. Customize your force, manage resources, discover long-forgotten tech, and fight to prevent the Necron awakening across 50 hand-crafted missions.

Flesh is weak! Upgrade your Tech-Priests with weapons, support items, servo-skulls and other mechanical augments as you assemble your cohort. Customize your force’s disciplines, choosing from multiple character classes to create a squad for every playstyle.
Engage in immersive tactical combat that will test your mettle under the extreme threat of the Necron awakening. Access your most powerful weapons and abilities by using Cognition points and advance against the enemy without mercy. Fear not the xenos, for the Omnissiah watches over you.
Experience a compelling story written by Black Library author Ben Counter, filled with richly imagined characters and specifically crafted to fit the unique personality of the Adeptus Mechanicus faction. Highly evocative, skilfully realised visuals combine with Guillaume David's incredible audio design to transport you to the grim darkness of the far future.
From aboard your Ark Mechanicus, the Caestus Metalican, make difficult decisions that will lead you towards one of multiple endings for a truly unique playthrough. Be warned, however: the more you explore each Necron tomb, the greater the rewards but also the greater the threat.
Collect in-game achievements and be rewarded with strong abilities that can be used once per mission to aid you in the heat of battle.

Odd game. Was starting to get interesting when difficulty spiked. Not a big fan of enemies being same power-level as you, but having 3 times the amount of units on the field. Feels cheap. Also don't like games with a timer. I have a finite amount of time on this planet, don't rush me when I'm trying to escape reality with video games.
10/10 would understand the weakness of my flesh and be disgusted by it again
Found this game for like £2 summit and it's also my first time playing a turn-based game got to say I enjoyed it more than I thought I would tbh and I only got this game thanks to playing space marines 2. I do recommend this game it's really good the story is interesting and the mission's are fun, The mechs and general game play is smooth, the class specs are really good crafting your own glass cannon build while still being tanky is dirty I love it, The troops are good as well but in the end I only used the one troop x5 as it was overpowered. I did take some screen shots of my characters builds.
I spent more time reading than playing. Even as a fan of the world, the fact that you read for the first 10min, then play 8, then read 10 then play 9....it'd be like me writing this review for another thousand words just to say that I like pizza...
for a game made with about 18 programers this is ammazing
Meu primeiro jogo da serie Warhammer 40k, o jogo é simples e muito divertido, ate para quem não é familiarizado com o estilo vai conseguir jogar, recomendo!
