About Waves 2: Notorious
Waves 2: Notorious is a Bullet Hell Twin-Stick Shooter. You play as a "Runner" diving into Cyberspace to engage in virtual combat deep within Corporate Networks. Try to evade the ever-watchful Administrator; an AI that learns your weaknesses and adapts as you play, and defeat its Guardians to become Notorious.
It's your reflexes against the relentless assault of Bugs, Programs, Viruses, and AI's in this Twin-Stick Shooter. Chain together kills to build your Combo and earn Adrenaline that can be unleashed in devastating Burst Attacks. Customize your Avatar's Load-out to match your combat style and explore synergies between the 36 Items to find the best combination for you.

[h1] Not as good as the first game still have some replay value to it. Controls are responsive however UI needs a bit more optimization for controller use. Various types of enemies to shoot, some of them might surprise you. A few different modes to choose from or you can just simply dive in. Default mode is based around taking down enemy towers and staying in the zone to complete download or upload (game just can't decide). Some sort of story mode would be a nice welcome sadly there's none. As you play through the game you'll unlock new stuff so you can change your loadout. Music is ok but nothing spectacular. Just don't loose yourself in endless waves of psychedelic eye straining visual effects. Overall not bad but better to stay with the first game. [/h1]16 found this helpful
thank you Rob Hale for all your hard work on WAVES and WAVES 2... playing the games now from time to time is bittersweet... i still get alot of joy from WAVES but knowing you are no longer with us sucks big time... i truly hope there is a Heaven and you are there developing games and having a grand old time of it for all Eternity... my Cat Zorro is there too now as he sadly passed of heart failure November 7th 2024 aged 13.5 Human years... but in parting id just like to say this... you were awesome and we loved what you did with WAVES/WAVES2.... thank you sincerely... be at Peace Friend... 🤍🪽🪽🪽14 found this helpful
