[h1] Fresh experience to enjoy [/h1] Wildfire is a short to medium length coming of age story with a music theme as its main focus. It is a bit similar to some of the other well known music VNs, however only because of the story focusing on them creating a band. Apart from that this is quite its own and unique story. The coming of age focus was quite nice and not something I see all that often. Especially in this way and this genre. The writing was the big positive for me that made this a quite enjoyable VN to read through. The emotions of the characters came nicely across and the pacing of the story was also quite nice. I also really enjoyed the few songs that were made for the bands performances. They arent a lot, but this is a good example for quality over quantity. The background music was also quite nice, however on that aspect it would have been nice to get a few more different tracks as the background music gets a bit repetitive after some time. The only thing that doesnt stand out for me is the art of the VN. It doesnt matter if its the backgrounds or the charcater sprites, the art just isnt the best. A positive visual novel about five high school girls who come together to form an unlikely band. Like K-On but with more of a focus on the music and a more realistic high school experience. Features five vocal songs with two good singers. There is a single choice in the game and to the game's credit, both choices feel right and both choices feel wrong. An enjoyable experience overall.

The art and music are very good, and the story has a lot going on in a way that feels refreshing. A story that's more about friendship than romance, and a story where growth and change don't have to be scary. Proud to be a backer <3
