About Yerr Out

Inspired by the game of baseball, Yerr Out is a barnstormin' good time out on the ballfield. Choose from 30 different animals to assemble your team. Each character has different attributes which are categorized by STRENGTH, SPEED, AGILITY, TECHNIQUE

🎮 Controls are responsive and easy to learn. Crush hits into the gap, throw nasty curveballs, make diving plays in the outfield, and bust out slides to breakup close plays.
NOTE: controller highly recommended

In Yerr Out, there is no need for foul balls or tagging up. Put the ball in play and see what happens! Lots of opportunities for aggressive baserunning and slick fielding. And of course, intense pitcher vs batter matchups

🎵 Derek & Brandon Fiechter are providing the soothing soundtrack from their album Africa

🔊 DGreen and Casey created some awesome bites for the SFXs

This is a really fun game, very enjoyable. Lacking a player base which is a shame but the single player is fun and if you can get some friends online that's great. Some animations are weird; the optimisation isn't great: I get 60+fps but my friends just can't run it on their laptops; loading times are bad. But overall it's a a really fun game, and considering it's free, defintley worth picking up.

Honestly pretty fun and more content than I expected for a free game. My only real issue I have with it is that the tutorial doesn't actually teach you much... It gives you a place to practise, but it doesn't tell you any controls, so you're basically figuring it out for yourself. The lack of a real tutorial can make learning pretty frustrating at first, but eventually with enough time put into it I definitely improved. I played a couple regular games and watched a game where I pitted 2 CPU teams together which was fun enough to watch. Then I went through The Gauntlet (basically the story mode). The difficulty there seemed to increase at a fair enough rate. I only ran into one bug where the ball stopped mid-throw (I think I held it back too long and made it too slow?) anyway, the batter couldn't hit it and it just floated between the pitcher and batter. I ended up having to restart the game and redo that part of The Gauntlet. I haven't touched multiplayer so I can't give any thoughts on that, but I really enjoyed playing through single-player! Also, I really liked that the credits showed an early development version of the game! It's always neat to see how far a game has pro…
