About ZED Patrol
ZED Patrol is a 3D top-down zombie shooter that puts you in the middle of a post-apocalyptic world overrun by the undead. Your mission: to take out the four bosses and retrieve the keycards to save the city. But with hordes of zombies around every corner, it won't be easy.
The best part? You don't have to face the undead alone. Our game is multiplayer, so you can squad up with your friends and fight off the zombie hordes together! You and your friends are dropped into a procedurally-generated city, with a variety of weapons for you to find. Work as a team to navigate the city, strategize, coordinate, and watch each other's backs!
With immersive gameplay and sound design in a stylized 3D world, our game will have you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. So what are you waiting for, soldier? Join your squad, grab some weapons, and let's take down some zombies!

Steam is drowning in thousands of lazy, low-effort top-down console reject shooters, and "ZED Patrol" is yet another one. I'm not kidding, there's over 6,000 of these on Steam, and almost all of them are garbage, amateur kitbashes. This is not one of the good ones. This is a particularly badly made, contentless shooter where you kill some zombies (yawn) in endless, samey procedurally generated levels. Another case of an amateur developer thinking procgen is "ez-mode" for content creation... churning out endless algorithmic repetition with no soul and expecting that's what gamers really want. No, gamers actually want bespoke, well crafted levels from real developers, not robotic procgen. In the modern era of high quality bleeding edge PC gaming, these kinds of flat, lazy, lackluster top-down shooters just don't cut it. This is a dead genre for a reason. Even though this is "free", it failed to attract any interest for gamers here on Steam Direct for obvious reasons. This comes across as something unambitious and "simple" in terms of implementation and technical quality and depth, more like a game dev tutorial or an experiment. fun multiplayer game, liked the dark visuals and the top-down view
Pretty nice game. Simple zombie shooter with a short mission. Could have an endless mode to keep it alive, like survival or defense from Nation Red. The only real downside I had was bugs from locking some achievements. The dev just updated the game, fixing all of them. If you have no friends to complete the coop achievs, feel free to message me. Those achievs are quick.

this game was fun, it's a shame the content is so limited because with some work it could be extremely fun
