The game was...pretty nice actually, at first I was sceptical but these 16 hours were def well spend. From the occasional hard puzzels(at least for me) the game had a well written story and actually felt like an old school resident evil game. Def exceeded my expectations! Overall 7.6/10
For fans of the PS1-PS2 era of survival horror games, this one's just for you. This game is a perfect mix of classics like Resident Evil and Silent Hill. I highly recommend it.
10/10, if the second one is better than this i will be shocked. Really brings back memories of RE1 remake
Tormented Souls was a hidden gem I bought on a whim, and I'm glad I did. It has some truly scary parts and reminds me of the old Resident Evil and Silent Hill games I love. The story is original, though some puzzles, like getting the bloodbag, are very confusing. I needed the help of a guide about twice throughout the game. I know the studio took the criticism to heart, because the second game outshines the first in every regard. That does not mean this one is a bad game, though. If you like RE1 and a mystery to uncover, this one is for you.
One of the best survival horror games Ive played.
