GARAGE: Bad Trip

the achievements don't achieve, Played the whole thing on the highest setting only to not get an achievement for finishing the game. I would rather get sounded than redo the boss fight again, And don't get me started on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ big rat in the mole tunnels on very hard. You get like, one to two tapped and the whole screen is a rainbow mess so heaven help you if you get stuck for a bit like I did.

For some reason less than a quarter of people who have played this game have played it far enough for it to actually begin, it's not just a zombie shooter in a garage, just as resident evil one wasn't all set in a mansion, and there are also fully armed human enemies and plenty of variety between them, in reality this is a masterfully made survival horror/shooter with a banging soundtrack, fantastic visuals, great gameplay and plenty of bang for your buck

I purchased this game a long time ago. I was really excited about it as it seemed like POSTAL (the original not the FPS sequels) with B-MOVIE monsters. unfortunately, Garage: bad trip is a perfect example of a game that is less than the sum of its parts: unbalanced mechanics, bugs galore, relatively short (4-6hrs), and tedious dialogue supplementing a weak narrative. Conversely, the pixel graphics are gorgeous, killing monsters is awesome, the 1980s aesthetic is executed well. For $10 or less, the game is well worth it...at its current price of $15 its a hard "maybe".

Cool, moody indie zombie game. Solid sound track and pixel art, it's like Hotline Miami with zombies.
