I've recently replayed this game on Primarch difficulty, and it still holds up. The narrative is not that deep, but it is pretty enjoyable and captivating. Visually, the game also looks nice after all those years, the VAs are solid as well. Nothing to complain about. It can get tiresome due to large enemy HP pool, but it's not crucial at all. One thing I'd like to highlight is the corruption mechanic in DoW CR. You have visual changes, special chaos equipment, powers, etc. Funnily enough, it's one of the best games when it comes to "being corrupted in exchange of power" fantasy and flavour.

[h1] Blast from the past[/h1] Nothing to say to Warhammer fans, You know what this game is, you know it's flaws. To everyone else, it is not an RTS it is a story driven squad tactics game. Not a great one but it provides enough fun to keep you busy. A bit more story driven than the previous, With the new corruption feature it forces you to use squads you would not usually. A good feature.

Its more Dawn of War 2 and It's great and the story is even better than the base game in my opinion and is essential to the story of the Blood Ravens the final boss is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ without a heavily upgraded Tarkus so you can cheese him
