✦ AI summary

DYSMANTLE is a demolition and crafting-focused survival game where players enjoy destroying nearly everything around them, gathering resources, and upgrading their tools, with most praising the satisfying destruction mechanics and upgrade system. However, the game lacks difficulty settings, which frustrates players who find the combat challenging, and some have criticized the use of AI-generated content. Most players who enjoy the core loop of destruction and crafting recommend it, though those seeking adjustable difficulty or traditional combat-focused gameplay should be cautious.

Let me start with this, it is a fine game but it's not what i was expecting, it's enjoyable nonetheless though. I was expecting some kind of game like Len's Island, survival games with crafting and building. Technically it does have all of that but let me say it this game feels more like a "puzzle" game than anything else really. Your objective is to "dysmantle" everything or so that's what it looks like. You can destroy everything, literally everything (or almost, this isn't Minecraft nor Terraria). This game would probably be a gem to those who love "completetion", nothing respawns besides enemies which respawns like in soulslike games where you have to rest for them to respawn but even so there's a way to get rid of them permanently which you can't undo (except with some signal you can add but it's a one time spawn) then there's also new game plus. Not what i was expecting at all but enjoyable nonetheless! Feels a bit like How to Survive but with a totally different concept. It is very casual though, it may not be for everyone, be aware.

If you want a chilled, open world, lots to do and very addictive game. Look no further. Have not been able to put it down.

Beat the main storyline, I really enjoyed this one. I think I would've liked it more if you could fast travel between campfires instead of just the towers. Usually I can beat an open world survival craft in 48 hours, this one took me 39. I didn't really like the camera, but it was different and easy to menuver, just not my taste. It didn't have enough survival mechanics for me to want to keep playing after the story ended. I am not at all a zombie girl, I'm more island survival, and I still really enjoyed myself. Would definitely reccommend.
