ENSLAVED™: Odyssey to the West™ Premium Edition

good old game. but camera is the worst enemy...

Loved it.

One of the best games ever made! Great story - a game with a soul.

Would leave a mixed review if I could. The first few areas are fantastic. Everything from the overgrown city to Trip's village is lovely art and the pacing is tight enough that combat and exploration don't drag during the opening sections. I can recommend getting this on a substantial sale and experiencing the opening few areas. Totally worthwhile. Beyond that, maybe just watch a walkthrough or headcanon your own ending and skip the latter half of the game. Combat and exploration hardly evolve throughout the game and reeaaaaallly start to drag past the halfway point. Also I do not enjoy the third character that gets introduced around then. Again, everything in the early game is lovely and I heartily recommend it. Some lovely ps3 scenery that is uncommonly lush for the era!

not good of a game/everything was lame

I want to like this game, but the gameplay is terribly gaed, story is kinda interesting, but I had to watch it on youtube, because the game is literally unplayable. Traversal is just holding space, and fights are just button mashing. I get that this might have been a good game when it came out, but we had a bunch of better games after.
