About 911 Operator

✦ AI summary

Take command as an emergency dispatcher, handling diverse 911 calls from genuine crises to pranks while coordinating police, fire, and paramedic teams across real-world cities. Deploy multiple emergency units with authentic equipment and personnel to manage over 140 types of incidents, from earthquakes to terrorist threats, complete with recorded realistic dialogue and actual first aid instructions.

In 911 OPERATOR, you take on the role of an emergency dispatcher, who has to rapidly deal with the incoming reports. Your task is not just to pick up the calls, but also to react appropriately to the situation – sometimes giving first aid instructions is enough, at other times a police, fire department or paramedics’ intervention is a necessity. Keep in mind, that the person on the other side of the line might turn out to be a dying daughter’s father, an unpredictable terrorist, or just a prankster. Can you handle all of this?

PLAY ON ANY CITY IN THE WORLD*

Check out thousands of cities from all around the world. The Free Play mode lets you choose a city to play on - the game will download its map, along with real streets, addresses and the emergency infrastructure. You can also try the Career mode, which contains 6 cities with unique events – survive an earthquake in San Francisco and save Washington, D.C. from bomb attacks.

MANAGE TEAMS

A number of police, fire department and paramedic units are at your disposal. The forces may use a variety of vehicles (from common ambulances to police helicopters), essential equipment (e.g., bulletproof vests, first aid kits and technical tools) and consist of team members with different abilities.

Main features:
  • Over 50 recorded dialogues inspired by real calls: serious and dramatic, but sometimes also funny or annoying.
  • Real First Aid instructions.
  • Opportunity to play on any city in the world!
  • 6 selected cities in Career mode, featuring unique calls and events.
  • More than 140 types of reports to encounter.
  • 12 types of emergency vehicles (including helicopters, police cars and motorcycles).

***
The game requires Internet connection to download free maps. The offline game is available after downloading the maps.

This game is so calming. I love solving problems and managaing everyone's needs, making sure I have a good team and that they have what they need too. I also just found out I have OCD.

I really wanted to love this game, the premise seemed cool and unique and some of the voice acting is really good. But I'm literally at an impasse after leaving the first city. Tried restarting the game and went through the first city again thinking the second city might be randomized, but no. Back to Miami both times. Which is a massive music festival AND bomb threat. I have literally only played the tutorial level, why the hell am I now in what feels like end game or near end game levels of chaos? I tried asking if this was normal as everything I see shows people getting Miami later in the game, but no one responded. So I don't know what's going on but until I can get an answer, for me this game is unplayable after the tutorial.

I want to start off by saying that the game looks decent visually. It's also really nice to be able to pick basically any city in the world (not the entire city in most cases but still at least a part of it). The main problem that I have with the game is that they never really seem to give you enough patrol vehicles for the shift. I tried picking one of the small out of the way towns and they gave me two patrol vehicles. I thought it wasn't too bad at first, and then five serious incidents popped up right after I sent both patrols to investigate other issues. One of them needed the fire department, one just medics, and the other three needed police. There was no way to get to them all in a decent amount of time. Other problems include repetitive or annoying phone calls. No major way to know if you are still paused (police chatter continues, animations continue, etc.). Sometimes incidents don't really give me the urgent information that I need to know (mainly a UI problem). Cities (at least the downloaded maps) don't seem to have enough resources to handle a single shift in a reasonable way. Overlapping vehicle icons (it was common for me to see what appears to be one vehicle act…

Can be very stressful in some cases, but it's very fun, and completely worth it. I highly recommend getting the DLCs as well, it's not too expensive, and it adds so much more

Great game with a good concept executed well. The devs have clearly achieved a lot within their budget. Manage squads of emergency services (police, fire, ambulance). Staff have stats, can be promoted - or killed. Different vehicles, items, weapons for all services. And download your local city and respond to calls! Great game all up. Hopefully they can iterate - there's a lot of potential here to grow and refine this concept through a sequel.
