Ascend to ZERO

If you played the demo, you basically already played the full game. It never gets any more complex or engaging than what you're already doing in the first stage. You just pause time and reposition and use your skills whenever they're available and auto-attack while walking around telegraphed enemy attacks while they aren't. Every character looks different and has different skills but none of it makes any meaningful difference to the unchanging fundamental gameplay.

Nice farming indie game. What I'm not quiet satisfied is about the avatar build tech chip, the insane character's ATK and other damage buffs makes the most of the avatar build negligible. In the end game period, no matter which character I use or what equipment I chose does not affect anything, only the damage dominating the game, and it makes the game become a little bit boring. But still I think it is a good game for this price.

Pretty boring tbh. Mostly a time killer. Better games out there.

A pretty good indie game for a few nights. The flow of this game is unobtrusive and relaxing. If you are a fan of loot-collecting and Risk of Rain-kind of games, this is for you.

Ascend from ZERO to HERO The game is an incremental number early on but become multiplicative at late game , Some gear may not be the highest rarity but have specific avatar bonus that can completely broke the run just having it The dev also quite responsive to feedback as well, there is a bug/feedback report that you can send and the dev will review it in their discord, Some changes i requested actually made it through specifically the boss having long I-frame etc., CON -the map is not a full randomized only the reward is(good for speed-run, bad for replaying it) -late game grind, typical rouguelite games problem but this one just make you grind harder for currency to preserve your gear and reroll. which is quite hefty cost compare to how much scraping unwanted item give( cannot convert normal coin currency for it which is abundant at late game) -READING, ppl like big number but you need to read to actually see what good, not every new shiny stuff is actually good for some avatar -clarity, it bullet hell and heaven so this one unavoidable you might get turn-off if you hate clutter or have sensitive eyes SCORE gameplay 8/10 : a fun dopamine hit that don't demand much if you pla…
