After the incredible Sands of Time trilogy, Prince of Persia (2008) feels like a pretty disappointing reboot. It goes in such a drastically different direction that it barely captures what made the previous games so great in the first place. My biggest issue is how simplistic the gameplay is. The movement and animations feel incredibly slow, which makes controlling the Prince feel sluggish compared to the fast-paced gameplay of the previous trilogy. On top of that, the game gives you absolutely massive windows to press the next button during platforming sequences, meaning there's very little challenge or precision required. It almost feels like the game is playing itself at times. This makes the gameplay way too easy and removes much of the tension and satisfaction that should come from successfully navigating dangerous environments. The combat isn't much better either. It's slow, repetitive and just not particularly enjoyable. There isn't enough depth to keep it engaging, and the encounters quickly start to feel like a chore rather than something you're excited to take part in. 4/10 Puzzles we're annoying and not really fun. Everything became kinda repetitive in a boring way for example collecting the light seeds, cleansing the areas, the combat was also really boring. World design seems decent definitely enjoyed the running on the walls parts and the balloon section visually and gameplay wise. Elika is very beautiful. The dialogue is just cringey so the story wasn't that interesting to follow. Bosses were okay but pretty boring overall. I can't really recommend the game because i'm sure other gamers like me would get bored and stop playing the game.1 found this helpful

Good game
A spin off story with different and interesting elements of game play. Kind of a love story but is still good to play. Definitely Recommended!!!
It is just a stress relieving game and it is fun.
