A decent arcade shooter thats fun for the short few hours it lasts

Adjusting the "Crouch" keybinding from 'Control' to 'C' was phenomenally helpful. But I've hardly experienced such latency between the buttons I press and what actually happens in game. Had to request a refund. (EDIT:) Which is sad b/c I was actually enjoying the story.

I can't believe I've slept on this game for all these years! Phenomenal storytelling alongside gritty action. It feels like Hunt Showdown in arcade mode with a great narrative story (minus a zombie apocalypse, of course), adding historical wild west characters blended with legend. The manner of dueling was unique, challenging and fun. The guns feel powerful in shootouts, and the action, though a little surreal, feels like a Quentin Tarantino western with blood spray. Despite the age of this game, it's still entertaining! This game is worth the price, but getting it dirt cheap on sale was a steal for the value!

What a game :) I love it, it got me in the mood for watching some old westerns and I will be sure to do so after leaving this review. The genius of this game? An old bounty hunter walks up to a bar and starts narrating the tales of his bounties, in them and through him in the form of flashbacks you will meet and fight alongside and against some of the most known names in old west. So every chapter is a new story, a new bounty, a new big wild west name you will test your mettle against. If you have played any of the older games in the series you know what to expect, shootouts and quickdraw duels and dual wielding revolvers and a story of revenge. There are some changes and improvements in the mechanics compared to the previous game Bound in Blood. The game has been "modernized" there are skill trees and an experience bar you fill up and floating text with score modifiers counting your kill streaks and declaring: long shot, headshot, piercing shot and so on depending on the way you killed the foes. Honestly, it isn't distracting at all and the skill trees provide satisfying upgrades compared to Bound in Blood where your only sign of progression was collecting gold to buy a level 2…
