Dont buy it here if u are on Win11. The game itself is great but its also buggy: missing textures and undefinable shutdowns wont keep u entertained in the long run. I am writing this review mainly because I fell for it myself and am frustrated. Small WIn11 guide to get it running half decent for at least 2h without crashing: - Delete the Folders ANIMS, DRIDS and MODELS in the \Steam\steamapps\common\Tycoon City New York\data\ART folder - Download the latest d3d9.dll file from GitHub user doitsujin in the dxvk package and extract it to the \Steam\steamapps\common\Tycoon City New York folder - start a new game

Used to be an entertaining game. But it maxes out at a resolution of 1600x1400, and doesn't even load to the title screen.
