About Quell Memento

Quell Memento is an enchanting puzzle game of logic and relaxation.

The third and most ambitious instalment of the haunting Quell games, Memento takes the concept to an even deeper level with an engrossing array of new game-play elements.

Featuring a breath-taking score by acclaimed composer Steven Cravis, a voice-over narration and beautiful visuals, Quell Memento leads you on an enchanting journey of discovery and nostalgia.

The beating heart of the game - the puzzles themselves - are once again perfectly balanced to keep the player enthralled, but never frustrated.

Like it's two predecessors, Quell Memento is a haunting experience that will stay with you long after you've finished it.

Quell Memento is praised as a well-designed puzzle game with challenging but fair mechanics, a relaxing aesthetic, and surprising emotional depth through its underlying story about reflection and closure. Players appreciate the variety of levels, helpful guidance, and affordable price, though some find it most rewarding for those familiar with earlier installments in the series.

I first played Quell on the iPhone 10 years ago and rediscovered it here. It is a cool puzzle game that definitely challenges your brain. The built-in guide makes the game easy to understand.

Quell Memento is an exceptional puzzle game that demonstrates how thoughtful gameplay and heartfelt storytelling can coexist in a deeply relaxing experience. Rather than relying on flashy visuals or fast-paced action, the game invites players into a quiet, abandoned home where every room holds fragments of forgotten memories. As players progress, they gradually uncover a touching story that transforms each completed puzzle into another meaningful step through a life filled with joy, sorrow, and reflection. The gameplay revolves around guiding droplets across grid-based puzzle boards where every movement must be carefully considered. A single swipe sends the droplet sliding until it reaches an obstacle, requiring players to plan several moves ahead to collect pearls, activate switches, avoid dangers, and uncover hidden secrets. Although the controls are incredibly simple, the puzzles steadily evolve through the introduction of increas…

Quell Memento is a wonderful puzzle experience. The puzzles are challenging but never frustrating, and I love the relaxing soundtrack and minimalist visuals. What surprised me most is the subtle story woven throughout—it gives the game an emotional layer that adds real depth. The game strikes a perfect balance between relaxation and mental challenge, making it a great choice for fans of thoughtful puzzle games.
