Holy sh... I really underestemitaed this game. The devs knew how to destroy someone slowly. + good soundtrack + simple story + amazing level design + cool spell variation + funny enemies + good visuals + pretty fast and hard learning curve - ooofff, didnt got past World 6 Boss (so i just gave up and try another time) I think died like 400-500 times in this game. that was pretty amazing on its own. I recommend this game and surely the sequel of it. I heard from a friend, that the "Nightmare" Version of the Sequel is really difficult. 15/10 wtf where did that enemy came from. Give this game a whirl you will really love it.

Such a light-hearted game. This is actually quite nice. Better than AfterImage in terms of quality depth...

Completed both the normal world and world EX, I'm surprised it have even more content after that, but it's INSANE. Very fun to play after you get used to it. The first time you try to complete the levels. The second time you complete the levels while getting the moon shards. Then you open your way to world EX with even more challenges. I stopped after defeating the boss of world EX. I retried the world EX boss several days, it probably was about 15 hours worth of gameplay to defeat the boss. It's insane. What is missing for me: There are moon shards on world EX too, and some I have no idea how to get. There is one more world after world EX. It's even more difficult. I'm done with the game now, but definitively you can dive in and have a lot of fun with it.

this game has the vibe of mid 2000s indie game on some weird website that you played when you were 5. and i love it for that.

This game is a mixed bag--the power-stealing mechanic is cool, and the main worlds are legitimately charming. However, the physics engine is also a total mess, level design is hit-or-miss (with the autoscrollers and levels based on wind or ice mechanics generally being misses), and boss design lacks care and playtesting. Ultimately you might be able to look past the flaws if you don't venture too deep into the bonus content, but it gets worse the further you go. The boss fight in the true final world is just catastrophically bad--I've glitched into the floor and died, encountered undodgeable pattern combinations, somehow taken damage from enemies that don't deal contact damage spawning on top of me, and really gotten to feel how terribly mismatched the hitboxes can be compared to the visuals. Not fun. In short: fine casually, completionists AVOID!!
