Aery - Flow of Time

First time playing an Aery game but onhh this one was problematic rather than fun and casual. What should have taken me 1h - 1.5 hours took me 2.2 hours. I had heaps of issues here: * sometimes I could fly through door archways sometimes an invisible wall hits would stop me? * sometimes I could fly through a bulding window other ones I couldnt? * Blocked by invisible walls when navigating simple spaces such as on my way to pass throgh a simple archway. * The ice level...OHH that was a pain...and frustrating...they wanted you to fly around the whole big level to find 1 item before telling you to collect 22 items * There's no restart level if you get stuck * If you clip even the smaller thing like a tree branch they reset you * One level, i think the ice level an invisible wall blcoked me and my bird lost control and circled around 10 times...i couldnt get control back...i had to fight the game to get control back * This issue with my bird circling in a loop happened again at the last level - the city square...I couldnt get control back and my bird kept looping in circles. Its not my controller as my controller works fine in other games and its fairly new and wireless. * No Steam ac…

Fun premise, could use some polish. Pros: Fun flight, smooth turns, adorable bird model, crystalline appearance for a lot of things including the bird, beautiful scenery with bright colors and landscapes. Cons: Can only turn with WASD on keyboard, narration is jarring and does not blend with the music, music alone is practically blaring, narration is flat, collisions happen can happen even though you don't see the collision (slightly over sized hit boxes in certain areas), flight is a -tad- slow (though it can be a boon with those wonky hit boxes), and you cannot see where the heck you are going if you happen to fly in the direction of the sun. Quite frequently, I lost track of where the objectives were to collect. Since you can't land to gather your bearings or enjoy the scenery, this takes away from the game as you are stuck looking for the dang collectible to see the next zone. I might pick it up again after an update, but after hearing the narration for a second time, I had to put it down due to how much it sucked me out of it, sadly. Their is no game here the bird takes no inputs and just spirals either up or down until hitting an object and respawning

I already have several games of this series in the library. I enjoyed spending time in the game, flying and enjoying.
