Decks of Dexterity

Have you ever been addicted to crack? well me neither but I think this would probably come close!

I picked this up after seeing demo on Opera GX, and I’m really glad I did. The deck‑building system is genuinely fun, and the game has a great flow once you start experimenting with different builds. Unlocking the custom deck option later on is a huge plus, it opens the door for a lot more creativity and strategy! That said, I’ve run into a couple of bugs that really hurt the experience. In two separate runs, quest interactions completely broke. After starting the artist quest in the first area, every single question mark in the next act turned into the same quest, even ones labelled as different events. I could only complete one, and the rest were stuck repeating. A similar thing happened with the duck quest, where everything suddenly became an Atlas elite battle instead. Meaning I couldn't actually do the duck quest. It makes progression feel messy and frustrating. My only other gripe is the enemy variety. Outside of bosses having unique art when they talk, most enemies look almost identical, which makes encounters feel visually repetitive after a while. I played the beta and loved this game. Now I have it on steam and I still love this game. Decks of Dexterity is the perfect, strange blend of genres that seem like they should never be able to mix, and yet it mixes so well. I love how unique it feels compared to other deckbuilders, bullet hells and turn based games it is.
