Autopsy Simulator

This is one of the best games I've ever played in my life, storyline, characters, music, the lighting, animations (could use some fixing on the pouring the whiskey). 9/10 because the voice acting kinda cringed me out lol.

100% Complete | 19h at review An interesting take on the simulator genre, combining the usual methodical gameplay with a fairly basic narrative that brings in some psychological and mystery elements. The autopsy process itself is interesting at first, although it does become a little repetitive as you work through the cases. Thankfully, the main story is relatively short, so it doesn't have too much time to wear out its welcome. The repetition really hits once you get into the Autopsy Only mode, and the Perfectionist achievement didn't help. In my opinion, the way this achievement is implemented relies more on randomly guessing correctly than actually investigating the evidence, which can turn it into a pretty frustrating time sink. Overall, if you're into simulator games and don't mind a bit of repetition, Autopsy Simulator is probably worth a run.

Unsure why this game has mixed reviews, its a solid game. Positioning the xray machine the one time it needed doing was a bit of a hassle but really thats the only issue i had with the game.

There is a bug in Chapter 2 that does not allow me to progress. Otherwise, it is a very decent game, but pretty sad that the bug was never fixed.

My review for this game was originally mostly positive. I have to take that back. I don't like this game, the gameplay loop is boring and the story isn't well written at all. Can't believe Team17 published this ♥♥♥♥. Only play this if you want to be bored as ♥♥♥♥ and have a story lead you along that ends terribly. Mr Ridley was chill though shout out to him.

Just started chapter 3 and I want to continue but its 1am and im too scared :o the mixed reviews made me nervous but I love this game so far and im honestly not sure why it doesnt have a higher rating. This game hits every theme for me; science, horror, supernatural, mystery, 90s setting. The gameplay can be a bit janky at times but not enough for me to really notice. The mini games for the slicing and what not are fun and I like that I need to check the notes for centrifuge settings, but so far it doesnt seem like there is any consequence to cutting sloppily or using wrong settings. The story is interesting and I like the characters. very good at being creepy and terrifying without relying on jump scares. Like im thoroughly spooked by this game and setting. The apartment hallways really get me. I have not encountered a glitch so far and its running decently on my crappy laptop. highly recomend! Will update if my opinion changes after finishing the game.
