However, the experience feels somewhat shallow and I disliked the way they played the story. Despite these shortcomings, I still plan to support the developers, as they seem to be on the right track and capable of improving in future updates. Please focus on polishing the games a little bit more before you release them!

A review short and direct, for who want no spoilers and to the point. A visual novel with 2 endings. Heavily inspired by DDLC and MiSide. Little inconsistencies with the art, but in universe and explained in the story, but not really a thing to stop playing. The story is short (~2 hours) but is sweet. 1 bug found: If you load a game from the choose a path screen, the game can't continue. Workaround: Load the game again. 1 thing that i would fix: Even if you need to load a game, you cant unless you start a new game, no "load game" option, only to jump to a chapter of the game.

[u][b]SUMMARY[/b][/u] Sexside is an erotic visual novel that takes the themes of miside and makes it sexual. You're a young man who delves into a brand new VR game, and before you know it, he hits it off with a pretty young girl who captures you and refuses to let you leave. To escape the psychopath before you, you find an exit and learn that the only way back to the real world is to slam everyone you meet. Typical, eh? It's a pretty looking game most of the time, but while the erotic scenes leave something to be desired, they are at least passable. The plot sounds like a good start, but it really doesn't flesh out the idea much further than you would expect it to. At least, I found it to be a relatively short and inoffensive experience that lacked any drive or innovation to make it truly stand out. It's so medicore it hurts. The character designs are actually pretty good, too. They aren't overly generic, and I love the style. You just don't get the best shots of them outside of their typical poses, and in fact, a majority of the art is a face close up of them kissing you rather than getting more interesting poses or diversity in each of the characters.
