Good fps, not that great of a story and dialogue. The cutscenes feel unfinished. But a fun shooting game nonetheless.

If I had the ability to give a game the "mild" rating, I would for this one in specific. Combat and design are amazing, but that's it. Performance is awful, story is forgettable, enemy variety is very, very low and the soundtrack... does its job but not in a great way, it's just there. Oh, and I finished in the most difficult option and it wasn't as close as playing Doom in hard mode.

Pure fun and action. Practically no story to speak of and that's how I like it. Great for unwinding after a long day. Excellently crafted and satisfying gunplay. A variety of weapons with distinct pros and cons as well as upgrade options. Recommended.

Good game, with gorgeous environment, fast paced combat once upgraded. The weapons look really good and all have meaningful upgrade paths. The single player is on the short side which if completly fine by me. Rhythm is good, with a nice balance between traversal levels based on wallrunning, ziplines and grappling, often punctuated with narration, each arena is well designed and highly favors locomotion and controlling the space.

I want to recommend this game, I really do, but unfortunately I feel the game has some pretty big issues holding it back. The gameplay is alright, with pretty satisfying movement. Think a mix of Doom, and Ghostrunner, with some shooting galleries mixed between short parkour sections. The gameplay is engaging enough for a playthrough, but definitely on the easier side for these kinds of games. The game gives you a variety of weapons, with two upgrade paths each, just like Doom 2016 and Eternal, though I felt that most of the weapons weren't all that different in their use cases, it didn't feel like each weapon had a specialized role, or enemy weakness to take advantage of. The enemies look great! As does most everything in the game, with a cohesive artstyle. But, same with the weapons, the enemies didn't feel all that special to fight against, with every enemy being equally resistant to every weapon, though not for a complete lack of trying. There are enemy archetypes comparable to Doom or Ultrakill, but I feel that the devs didn't lean far enough into giving the player different enough solutions to deal with them.
