Train Valley Origins

Caveat: I am a huge fan of Train Valley 2. If you were looking for more gameplay like Train Valley 2, this game does not provide it. It is a good game, BUT I don't like how it plays compared to Train Valley 2. Its gameplay is a downgrade. I bought it because I was a huge fan of TV2 so I felt let down by the gameplay. They leaned into forcing pressure onto the player (auto sheduled trains) which creates a very unfun situation where you have a train going INTO a station just as a train automatically decides to leave. Not cozy or chill, very hectic.

It's an ok game. Train Valley 2 and also Train Valley 1 are IMO better. Train Valley 2 had a passenger DLC that tweaked the original mechanics a bit. The tweaked mechanics are neat but I prefer the original ones. Train Valley Origins is a game built around those tweaked mechanics. I would therefore recommend everyone to first finish Train Valley 1 & 2 before starting with Train Valley Origins.

it's now a mobile game including lagging animations :/

I have played all the other Train Valley games and I thought this one was fun. I was able to get all the achievements within 15 hours, I had to replay all levels to get the "don't pause" achievement but luckily you don't have to complete all the other quests again. Which made it more relaxing the second time around :)
