I enjoyed a lot playing this game, I had to buy it at the quest 3 store to properly play it though, because it is not working so well through link. But it was worth it!

Music is subjective. Good songs if you like these genres. There are a small amount of tracks by default and you can buy new tracks for 2 euro per track which is outrageous. Mechanically most of the songs are okay, but I get annoyed with the node placements. Sometimes you need to hit the hammer as the drummer (makes sense), sometimes the vocals or guitars. Sometimes the node placer guy was just bored and just put some nodes for you on random places without any indication in the song for them. Also this is not consistent in song. You start 'as the drummer' then the nodes unexpectedly switch represent the vocals, then drums again etc. There is no indication on these changes, you just have to know. Might not be an issue for some, but when I concentrate on my part in the band, it feels like it's periodically puling the rug from underneath me. Could be a good rhythm game for metal fans, but it has serious flaws.

I love it! The base game has enough songs to hook you in. Gameplay although simple it’s very fun and challenging. Awesome DLC’s for Sabaton and Gloryhammer. I have just one very small problem with the game… it NEEDS more Hammerfall, Warkings and Brothers of Metal!!!! I know that you can get custom songs (which I did), but having them official and with lower difficulty, would be really nice, since the custom songs are almost always in one difficulty matching the actual song, which is cool, but my brain is fried enough 😅.
