Secrets of Blackrock Manor - Escape Room

Didn't like this one. I hate hate hate bury your gays. The story was so phoned in and half-baked to boot, I have so many questions. The puzzles were a frustrating mix of far too easy and far too obtuse.

Really good experience and very satisfying puzzles, for most of them. Enjoyable for fans of the puzzle genre

Good game with good puzzles. Some are challenging and make you think abstractly. All made logical sense, even if not obvious at first...... but..... not into the game's liberal undertones. Just like watching today's TV shows.... message is subtle, but omnipresent. [spoiler] Rich man, bad. Know-it-all liberal daughter, good. Gay man, tormented by rich father. (sigh). [/spoiler]

This was an amazing detective game with a fun twist of needing to do certain tasks during certain hours. It is not exceptionally difficult or strict with the times, and I had so much fun playing this game!

This was a fun escape room style game, with decently difficult puzzles and a unique enough backdrop and atmospheric music to stay interesting. The hint function was very helpful in steering me in the direction of what puzzle to start with, since starting some of the rooms could feel overwhelming since there are several pieces, clues, and puzzles that are interconnected. Luckily none of the hints make things overly easy, so it's balanced and still allows you to solve things by yourself. The puzzles start out needing just observational clues, and then dip briefly into math, but luckily when things like geography and music theory are needed the environmental factors are there to give you the information you need. The story itself was interesting, and gives a satisfactory ending.
