✦ AI summary

Players are divided on this visual novel, with some finding it an entertainingly unique experience, while the majority are frustrated by significant technical issues. Common complaints include numerous bugs that cause soft locks and save failures, missing audio despite audio options being available, and poor English writing quality that disrupts the narrative. The game appears to need substantial polish and bug fixes before it's genuinely playable.

Was very excited for this game to finally be finished, but there is so many bugs making the game unplayable. My saves dont work, The button in the list of events disappear's and soft locks the game until I restart everything from the beginning. This game needs to be fixed until I even think about changing my review. If they never fix the game then at least I know never to trust these developers ever again. Also at least implement a simple way to revisit the scenes you unlocked.

A great eroge, "A furry house" is reminiscent of classics such as "Back to the Future Part I", or "Oldboy". You step in the shoes of a young man who, after his father's passing, has to move in with his mother. With your whole world flipped upside down, you try to make the most of the situation you've found yourself in by doing various quests around the house, like watching your mother get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by a bull, or watching your step-sister shower. Truly, there is nothing else like it in the Steam catalogue. I recommend this experience to anyone with even a slight interest in visual novels, or reading.

This looks like it could be a cute story, but the programming and writing are too broken to play coherently in English even after all this time.

Furry house is an adult-oriented visual novel that mixes relationship progression, light exploration, dialogue choices, and time-based events within a compact household setting. Developed and published by BadCat, the game is designed primarily for players interested in furry-themed mature visual novels rather than those seeking conventional action or complicated simulation mechanics. Its unusual premise immediately establishes the specialized audience it is targeting, while its interactive systems give players somewhat more involvement than simply clicking through a predetermined sequence of conversations. The story follows a young adult protagonist who finds himself living in a household populated by anthropomorphic furry characters, including members of his family and other residents. From there, everyday interactions gradually develop into personal conflicts, relationship-building opportunities, comedic situations, and mature encounters. The household serves as both the central narrative location and the game's primary interactive environment. Instead of constructing an enormous world, the game concentrates on a smaller group of characters whose relationships with the protagoni…

This game deserves its "mixed" rating. The tl;dr is that it's broken and unfinished despite being "out of Early Access" and yet still enjoyable enough that I stayed up way too late playing. The tiger sister and cheetah mom are very cute, the others are a mix of hot and nightmare fuel. The protagonist has a terminal case of porn star ♥♥♥♥. The game asks you to save your "relationship" to the other characters (i.e. "who is this character to you"), but doesn't actually properly save all your choices, and doesn't even try to properly conjugate when it does. The English is laughably bad in general. The locations are pretty, and the outfits are nice. The only real way to make money (which you need to progress) is so annoying and repetitive that I had to find an nson editor to let me edit my save state and give myself tons of money. Twice. Some story arcs don't even have a real launching point, so the computer eventually gives you a heart icon you can click to launch them, but sometimes it lets you launch them before you've reached the organic lead-up to the relationship status you'd normally need to be at in order for it to make sense. Also if you have none left to do, clicking the hear…
