Players are divided on this indie game. Those enjoying it praise the fast-paced gameplay, solid mechanics, and low price point, finding it a fun casual experience with charm. However, many criticize the repetitive combat loop due to lack of mid-run upgrades, minimal progression systems, and a barebones UI, with several feeling the game needs more development to feel polished and engaging.
Feels like an early access title or a student project. The combat loop isn't satisfying. There are no upgrades during a run, and the upgrades available in the base between runs are minimal. UI is barebones and buggy. Can pass on this one.4 found this helpful
A Nice game! Perfect for that lazy hours when you don't know what to play. Fast gameplay, nice enemies and awesome mechanics! Can't wait for the future of Pixel Hound!! Congratulations!1 found this helpful
pretty basic game but its fun. Upgrades only come after boss fights during a run so gameplay can get repetitive. Hope to see this game get worked on though
horribly boring no upgrades mid run, no satisfying moves or hits actually just coolmathsgames but worse
Combat loop is not satisfying. Very limited upgrades.
