You again have to join one of the conflicting parties and take part in the confrontation. This time, you'll travel to Vietnam to try and go through a brutal yet dramatic campaign. One of the most terrible wars in which Valakas himself took part, you will have to endure all the hardships of the war, the hardships of the dangerous jungle, the jungle full of treacherous traps and evil partisans. The story begins during the Vietnam War, a story about an ordinary soldier, whose fate has prepared many trials for him. The Second World War taught him to survive under the most extreme conditions, for him the Vietnam War seemed like a joke, but a year later he realized that he had never seen more insidious war in his life ...

This time the story is based on real events, according to the stories of Valakas himself, and this game claims to be historical.The game contains blood and violence, the author condemns violence in any of its manifestations. The opinion of the author is at variance with the opinion of the heroes of this game.

It is a fun game that reminds me of something quite similar that I played once upon a time on Amiga 500. When you initially start everything is in Cyrillic alphabet. To change the language settings click on 3rd box; do not click the last one or you will quit the game.12 found this helpful

The game crashes to desktop immediately on launch, it cannot be played. "Age of Valakas: Vietnam" was an extremely badly made 2D retro platformer shooter from unethical Russian shovelware pushers and abusers of Valve's disastrous Early Access program. They made and published this game while accepting money for another game they were selling in Early Access... absolutely acting in bad faith, with absolutely zero intention to behave ethically. There's very little I can say about the game because it does not work, and that fact is certainly sufficient for me to make the determination in my review that nobody should buy this. My observations about the game are derived wholly from gameplay videos from a time that the game did work. It is an academic point whether the dismal quality of this game was deliberate, making this a joke game/deliberate pollution of the Steam store, or a genuine attempt from an incompetent developer. However, their deliberate and wilful abuse of Valve's Early Access program convinces me that Age of Valkalas is an insinc…9 found this helpful
