Great artwork and music, runs perfect on steamdeck. Some sections/enemies are annoying but boss fights were all good. Very unique atmosphere, you won't regret trying it.
I bought this game for the art, but then the art turned me off. Playing on the side of an ancient grecian jar was fun in theory, but after a few hours the monotone environments and characters exhausted me. The game does it's best to add variety, but there's only so much that can be done. Gameplay is fun enough, but cheesable to the point that it didn't immerse me. S.W.O.T. (Strengths, Weaknessess, Opportunities, Threats) Strenghts - Clear art direction. - Intuitive gameplay pitch. - Clear narrative. Weaknesses - Monotone environments and characters. - Cheesable gameplay. Opportunities - Tightening up the gameplay would go a long way to make the game more enjoyable for longer. Threats - The monotone environments are exhausting to play through.
[h2]A decent story, decent combat, excellent setting and classic art style come together to create a pretty good game. 7/10[/h2] It's nothing to write home about, but it's fairly short and satisfying throughout. [unfortunately quite buggy and may crash a lot though]
Really cool game.
M+KB controls are just bad, make the game unenjoyable.
