With only a few basic platforming levels, ridiculously short length, and terrible combat, this one should be avoided. Pros: Vibrant level design & Rewarding combat Cons: Vibrant level design & Rewarding combat I felt nothing!1 found this helpful
Meh 3D platformer game that was surprisingly short. Levels had some basic charm to them, but Arctic Chasm was very annoying to platform with how small the gaps were. The other 2 levels were neat to explore. The characters were very lifeless and the game never really got me to care about them. Combat was very bland as you have 1 attack and the bosses were too easy as all you do is back away from the boss after it attacks and then attack them back. Repeat 4 more times and you win. Overall, it was an ok game but not really worth the price.
The Good: Some platforming challenges are satisfying, and sometimes collectibles were fun to obtain. The Not-so Good: Animations are poor, defeating enemies isn't all that satisfying, unimpressive level design, and simply needed more content This is an overall bad 3D platformer that needed more work in many aspects.
This game looked competent but also appeared to have some comically bad things in it like a ridiculous looking protagonist. This thing is like a humanoid platypus with a nondescript furry mammalian head and large comedically stylized eyebrows. It could probably go down in history as the worst looking main character in any video game, but the game itself can be cut some slack because it's an indie game that doesn't appear to be broken in any way. In the under two hours it takes to complete the little adventure you go into levels and collect "sparks" while fighting a couple bosses and essentially making your way to the exit. There really isn't much content here, but the music and atmosphere make it worth it. I really loved this games music, especially during one ice level where this very wholesome indie-guitar tune starts giving off Christmas vibes. The tempo is just a little off but for some reason that makes it more charming. A little bit of exploration is needed to collect the sparks but it really took me no more than five minutes of searching when I got lost. Nothing in this game is difficult, but nothing is broken either. Except the keyboard controls. They're horrendous, comedi…
Fun, short and easy 3d platformer. Takes under 3 hours to 100%, and definitely worth the price especially on sale. Works great on the steam deck as well.
