Actually there is English menu and translation. I can say the translation are not bad. Gameplay basically city builder like Zeus: Master of Olympus but more complex with fengshui, etc.2 found this helpful

This is a great game and I cannot believe how this is priced at only $2 or £1.69! The music is awesome. It looks absolutely beautiful in a sort of cartoonish way but it just suits the game. There is a lot of depth to this game and what I absolutely love is how the devs have integrated ancient Chinese practices such as Feng Shui, which has major effects on how you build your city, and that makes this game absolutely stand out to me. The game is definitely available in English. And while you can tell it was translated from Chinese it adds a certain charm to the game and I'm really liking that! I'm loving the game and will keep playing! Thanks to the devs for a great game at such a low price!
