If you like the art style from the screenshots and/or you're into lactation, I recommend getting this game and cheating your way through the levels (there's a guide for it). The shooting, movement, writing, translation, everything is bad. But you can cheat and make it bearable if you're just interested in the CG. Death scenes are animated. Story scenes are static.

It's alright. The art is pretty good-ish. The gameplay isn't that deep. It's a generic platformer; you aim with a mouse cursor, you can swap between shot-types (you start off with a heavy-but-single shot and a multiple-but-weak shot) and your main objective in each stage is to move to the right, killing enemies to earn gold and travelling large distances to increase your gold multiplier when you win/die. The story (at least the one translated in English) is negligible. Don't even try to comprehend it, I think even the translator gave up since a lot of it is just a lot of "???" before someone gets assaulted/naked. The porn scenes are alright. It's serviceable, and if you looked hard enough, you could probably find a cg-set online. Most of them are unlocked in-game by either a) dying to an enemy type, b) progressing the story, or c) talking to NPCs. A lot of them just involve the main girl getting assaulted until she enjoys it, in case you wanted to know. I don't think it's a bad game, but I wouldn't say it's a great game either.
