I really love the idea, but the game just isnt made well. It is locked to 60 fps which is more headache inducing than the gamepay, I cannot change controls, the audio sliders have actually just 9 levels excluding zero, but the numbers are made to go up to 180, with each level being 20. I dont think that the bright white circle is necessarry, just make the enviroment reveal in a circle without the white mark. I got stuck in a loop inside a cutscene that is after the school level. and the cane's physics arent the best either

This is another one of those times that I wish Steam reviews had a "neither recommend nor disrecommend" option--this isn't a game that I would recommend without an asterisk, but neither is it a game that I would recommend [i]against[/i] without an asterisk. I really like the concept, and in general I think we should encourage the development of more experimental, experiental games like this, but I felt that the execution left a lot to be desired. Mainly, the cane felt super janky, which is, you know, not great considering how central it is to the experience! At the same time, I admit I absolutely do not have much patience when it comes to learning my way around potentially quirky or janky game mechanics, so between knowing that about myself and seeing how generally positive the other reviews are, I'm more than open to the possibility that this is more of a me problem (if not [i]solely[/i] a me problem given that there are also other negative reviews that have the same complaint) than a game problem. Very very cool short art game. I recommend the middle difficulty, as it appears that the game was mostly designed around that. I think this type of experimental gameplay needs to be included for segments of larger budget games. It is is exactly these types of games that are pushing the art form forward, so if you are thinking about playing it, just give it a go!

While a bit repetetive and buggy sometimes, it is an excellent experiance in terms of showing how frustrating life of a blind person can be. It's not a "fun" game in the traditional sense, but rather an experiance that allows to sympathise more with people with certain disabilities.

this was a very fun and interesting game. i absolutely love the idea and think it was done in a great way. also love the fact that there are different difficulties that allow players to make a more accurate depiction of being blind. i recommend this for sure.
