Blitz Runner

"Blitz Runner" is a rather poorly made "PvP runner" game with no players because it's really not very good and pretty much just looks like an asset flip. It plays badly and the poor quality assets made me start looking around for how they intended to scam money out of gamers for it (call me jaeded if you like but I've seen some things, I have low expectations). Anyway because this is PvP focused and there's no players, don't bother with it. The game graphics look better than you might expect, but that's just because it looks like some or all of them are "borrowed" from asset stores or wherever. They're also really badly mismatched... surely they could do better. Gamers can tell... and it comes across as insincere. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too. This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good. by coincidence, ANOTHER yahaha game right after the last one. you just kind of run around collecting orbs until you can join a match, where i guess you hope they matched you with people slower than you? this seems weird and pointless

This game gives off major ROBLOX vibes. From the music and movement to the overall atmosphere. At first glance, the concept seems fun and the aesthetic is undeniably cute. However, once you start playing, the issues become immediately apparent. Performance is one of the biggest hurdles. The game is very laggy, to the point where it affects basic game play. Even when matched with other players, they often appear stuck running in place. Eventually, your character suffers the same fate. It became so unplayable that I have maybe 15-20 minutes of game play and more time was spent on closing the game and reopening it. Visually, the style feels mismatched. While certain elements are charming, the art direction doesn’t feel cohesive. It looks like many of the assets were pulled from various sources, with human characters resembling default Fortnite models. The gems and experience you can pick up look really pretty, while some of the background elements like vehicles look like unfinished blocks on circles. It just feels weird visually. The pets are super cute though! Despite that, the idea behind the game is interesting. With proper optimization, it could definitely have potential. But …
