About Blocky Snake
Blocky Snake is a scoring arcade runner.
You need to control the snake and collect additional bodies, coins, as well as destroy blocks on the way at the expense of your body and get points for this.
The speed of the game increases with the distance traveled, and also depends on the number of destroyed blocks. The more points you have, the more additional bodies will appear at a time.
You can find 2 types of boosters. The magnet will collect all coins in the nearest radius, and the shield will prevent you from losing bodies during the destruction of blocks.
Warning: Asset Flip!
Blocky Snake is a Unity Asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", beans rolls/beats rolls, took the Blocky Snake Unity Store tutorial/demo/game asset pack from the real developers, Clawbear Games, changed the name, and dumped the result onto Steam. They're attempting to scam people into buying this, so they can get your money for someone else's work. beans rolls/Animal Logic/Simple Logic Games/beats rolls (how many accounts does this guy need to use to scam gamers??) has shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab.
Isabelle Reviews...
Blocky snake is an absolute terrible excuse for a game. This "game" based on other reviews is an asset flip , the developer has put absolutely no effort into Blocky Snake at all. The controls of this game make it barely playable where the snake doesn't really respond to the inputs. DO NOT PURCHASE!1 found this helpful
Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆ (0/5) Blocky Snake is an incredibly disappointing game that, unfortunately, fails to offer anything remotely innovative or enjoyable. The game is an obvious cash grab, a poorly executed clone that has been hastily copied from Unity's asset store and pushed onto the Steam platform with little effort or thought put into its development. To start, the game-play itself is nothing special — it's just another variation of the classic snake game. You control a snake that grows longer as you eat blocks scattered throughout a simple blocky environment. The concept is fine in theory, but Blocky Snake feels like it was developed using pre-made assets straight from Unity’s asset store. There's nothing here to suggest any kind of originality or effort to stand out from other snake games. The entire thing reeks of a quick and lazy attempt to monetise an idea that’s been around for decades. The game's graphics are nothing short of embarrassing. The blocky aesthetic, which seems to be the central theme, is underwhelming, and the visuals look like they were ripped straight from a low-effort Unity workshop project. There’s no charm or polish to the design, and the environments are b…
