Раз за сю…5 found this helpful
I can't in all good concience reccommend this. It's an interesting idea for a game...an alternate history French revolution where you can guide your alternate Napoleon to help either the Jacobins, Moderates, or Royalists to power, but honestly it feels flat on pretty much every count. The Political Layer falls flat in that other than 2 choices at the start of the game to determine your faction alignment, there really isn't any choice or flavor too them; instead boiling down to a 'National Assembly' political system that just affects only small mechanical changes that barely impact the strategic layer, but quickly become irrelevant when a faction is eliminated every 15 turns or so. The Strategic Layer falls flat because the game is far too short and unbalanced. The game progresses through 'coups' roughly every 15 turns which are scripted battles that basically eliminate one of the factions as a serious contender; but means the game only seems to last around 45 turns...nowhere near enough for any meaningful depth. Why invest thousands of money on a building upgrade for an extra 10 influence a turn? It feels like a deeper campaign 'should' be there but the game ends far to…4 found this helpful
There is no button to disband units. The most basic feature for the strategy games of this type is missing. How? Why was it so difficult to program this much-needed feature? Let me explain why it is pain in the ass. I recruited a good officer, but he came with a unit of peasant mob, armed with pitchforks. Now, I moved this officer to a proper unit, but to remove the trash troop, I must engage in battle and ensure it would die. Does this level of pointless micromanagement look funny to you? Because I hate it.2 found this helpful
Its a good game I really enjoy it love the mechs fun to use them setting is interesting I personally would have went further with the steampunk mechanization like Musketeers with steampunk APC's or a steamwagon with a cannon that sounds awesome two thumbs up for me on this game1 found this helpful
really fun game with a great idea, has some minor bugs which are mildly annoying and the army system is a bit weird, but other then those the game is really fun and thematic with the only things I would want fixed is the immortal generals which makes defeating them feel wasteful as they will just stay in place
