About Cat Souls
In Cat Souls, you will be playing as Ruby, an energetic cat with a strange ability. Like all cats, Ruby has more than one life, but not all of them can use their past souls as a platform.
Ruby and her friend went on an adventure and successfully found the mythical Hourglass of time! Sadly the end of that adventure is the beginning of a new one.
Enemies appeared out of nowhere, and our protagonists tried to run but… only Ruby managed to escape. But she still has 7 lives! Now is the time to rescue your friend and get the Hourglass of Time back!
Jump, avoid obstacles, use levers, and collect keys to reach the end of each level in time. The spikes will only take one of your lives, but be careful not to waste them all!

Cat Souls is a cute precision platformer by the developer of Bumballon with 45 levels in total ranging from easy to somewhat challenging. There are a couple stages each with their own mechanics and you have to figure out how to use them and clear the level in time. Cute graphics and atmosphere for a casual feel. I'm not that good at precision platforming and it took me about 90mins to clear the game. It may be a bit short but there are plenty of levels and I enjoyed the experience. At the moment the game offers little replayability. A Rush mode for speedrunning the game with Steam leaderboards that unlocks after clearing the game might help with that.7 found this helpful
Super cute puzzle platformer. I feel like the main "lives" gimmick is super underutilized, I think that could be expanded upon in some fun ways. By the end of the game, it doesn't see much use. Other than that, it's a super responsive platformer with pretty, distinct worlds!2 found this helpful

This is a fun platformer game but i do think its too short and the controls are a bit yanky. But other than that its really decent. So i will give it a... 7/10

Cat Game Review: It's alright, some of the hitboxes feel janky and you can't short jump. Wish they used the limited lives mechanic more, the spikes feel less like a utilization of the idea and more like just a weird, self-creating platform. Still okay as a platformer though. (I only have so much time in the game cause I accidentally left it on a long time, the game isn't actually that long.)
