Ascend the roofs of the city and journey to the top of the highest tower, where you may even discover something about yourself.
Chronescher is a challenging isometric puzzle game. Set in an escherpunk world consisting of six unique biomes. It requires you to learn time- space- and mindbending mechanics in order to puzzle your way forward. As you progress further you will untangle who you are playing and what happend to them.
Master Time and Space: Learn to place portals and return to them at a whim. Place a timeanchor in order to take a snapshot of the level and restore the saved state at a later point - without moving yourself. Change your perspective in order to unveil new paths and hidden passages. The most difficult puzzles will require you to combine all these abilities and reach places that seem almost impossible to get to.

You solve puzzles solely by trial and error. It's impossible to know in advance what a certain button will do. In the end it's all very repetitive and boring4 found this helpful
It's kinda alright. Worth a shot for the money. It's got a bit of a budget Monument Valley feel, but the puzzles get quite a bit harder. I think one big downside is that a lot of the time you solve puzzles not through some clever insight into geometry, but through sheer trial and error. Keep trying everything in every combination until some progress is made.2 found this helpful
Chronescher successfully carves out its own identity in the "escherpunk" genre by offering a sophisticated experience for fans of mind-bending puzzlers. While it clearly draws inspiration from the impossible geometry and perspective-shifting mechanics popularized by Monument Valley, it offers a significantly more rigorous challenge that will test the patience of even seasoned players. The gameplay forces you to master not just visual illusions, but also time-anchoring and teleportation to navigate through the levels. Do not play this game on a SteamDeck. When using the Snapshot feature, the falling mechanic does not work, so some levels cannot be completed. The Snapshot image is also corrupted.1 found this helpful
A good game for developers of goofy project "what your gender". It is cool at the beginning and some levels, but sometimes there is no logic, just an algoritm that knows only developers but it was fun for some time. Some levels solution you need just to guess after lots of attemts and dont remember it. There are no walkthroughs for some levels on youtube. It started to take too much time from me. You need to make a game more logical and ballanced another time. An attempt to repeat monument valley.
