Achievement farm, in the guise of a city builder, that was an obvious mobile port.

Comparable to any free mobile game you could find on the Play Store back around 2010. If all you want is to see your achievement counter go up on your profile, it does the job. If you expect those achievements to also be useful for profile customization, like in Zup! games, then you are better off looking elsewhere. The gameplay offers nothing particularly exciting, and for the price it is sold at, it is hard to recommend it for anything beyond simple achievement farming.

City Builder by Cow Corp is a very simple casual game that is not really a traditional city builder. Instead of managing roads, citizens, resources, and a growing town like most games in the genre, this is more of an endless stacking game where you build upwards one piece at a time. You play as a government worker trying to create the tallest building possible by placing building parts carefully. The main idea is easy to understand. You place pieces of a building, try to line them up correctly, and keep going higher. The gameplay is simple and relaxing, making it easy to pick up for a few minutes without needing to learn complicated mechanics. It has a nice casual feeling and works well as a quick time-killer. The best thing about City Builder is its simplicity. It does not overload you with menus, resources, or management systems. You are just building, improving your score, and trying to beat your previous height. For players who enjoy simple arcade-style games, there is something satisfying about getting a better placement and seeing your building grow.
