About Cyber Slayer

Battle your way through waves of robots as you attempt to survive in an unforgiving, grungy arena.
Run through the arena as you dash around enemies, slam them into pits with the heavy ammo,
short-circuit them with the chain ammo, and unleash your inner pyromaniac as you light the entire arena on
fire with the incendiary ammo. Bathe in glory as you put on a good show for the audience, and be rewarded with
upgrades. Try to last as long as you can to put your name down in history.

- 3 different guns and 6 different ammo types to spice up combat.
- 4 unique enemies to battle against.
- Upgrades at the end of each wave that help keep you alive.
- 1 arena with a few different layouts.

Gave it a shot 5 different times. On all these 4 different occasions the executable stuck on exact same time. Between transition of wave 3 to wave 4. After 2 failures I reseted my PC and did Mem Reduct, arranged my BiOS tweaks, did a factory reset profile on MSI Afterburner, made sure windows graphics settings were launching on proper GPU and RTSS turned off and on 3rd it still failed on the exact same place, Then I switched a PC for the 4th before launching and did same resets for the 5th but looks like it is not personal computer(s) problem but the game engine. Too bad it really looked like a decent time killer/high score sort of top-down shooter game so I am giving it a thumbs up for that reason. Hope the devs fix it some time, good luck and best wishes in your careers!1 found this helpful

I sluggishly engaged myself with the slaying, delaying my morning routine on the weekend in honor of Shroom & Doom's attitude. Although anyone would agree that between them this is the better game, is it strange to say that I miss it in some way here? Perhaps I feel with things of the "cyber" and/or "slayer" style, the narrative tone needs to supply enough to make way for the aesthetic gratuity. My first play was with an ignorance of my dash ability, which quickly becomes necessary past the sixth wave; the game would hold to satisfy past this point were it coded to handle this number of entities on screen, but despite the lag I was able to play, and I won't suspend any belief that it impaired my skill. At the same time, I couldn't be committed enough to play again to an ending, if there is one. The game is a sound Nerve based gun-game with a well-paced event structure; the beater provides a quatrain of enemies that narrate the harmonic mazer portion of acquiring weapon modifiers and retaining my multiplier, and a delectably rewarding sitter in the falling action of character upgrades. The upgrades themselves, however, are really only a feeling, as it seems to just give out a rando…
