Update: I read some of the reviews. The game worked fine for me. No crashes or weird glitches except what I mentioned below. I also use a 3.1m x 3.2m play space and playing was fine. You can move around a little with your body. You can ice skate around to avoid undead. Same with teleport but it is a little harder in that mode. The game runs fine for the most part. My Specs are Intel Core i9-9900k, RTX 2080ti, 32 GB RAM. Smooth as butter. Linear story driven action shooter zombie game that reminds me of Dead Island slightly. The graphics are very good. There are options to ice skate or teleport and adjust snap turning. There are also sound and graphics settings to play with. Make sure when you start your game you are standing and have your headset on or you might be to high up in the air. The only thing that annoyed me besides not being able to run was that there was a lot of getting stuck on objects mainly in buildings and at the doorways and falling through stairs sometimes. You can still use teleport to get out of those situations without going into the menu as one controller still has it active even when ice skating. It was not game breaking but annoying none the less. I accidently stumbled over this game i've never heard before. Got it with a 50% discount. But to be honest i wouldn't say it's worth more then the 10 bucks i payed. While i like the ambition the developers do have with this game, the execution is mildly unimpressive. The game is unbalanced and has some weird mechanics. The graphics are meh, but need too much computing power. I play with a RTX 2080 Ti and a HP G2 but can't run it on Ultra because the framerate goes south most of the time. Which doesn't make a big difference because Ultra looks still poor. Snap Turning is badly done, you have to press the joystick and tilt left or right at the same time. That is simply put stupid. Teleporting works the same way except tilting forward. The hitboxes are all over the place, seems to be pure luck if you actually hit or miss. There are a lot of triggered events but they are kinda weird. You look through a window of a house, no Z's visible. Then you open the door and puff there they are. The protagonist sounds nothing like a trained and deadly spec ops but more like a teacher trying to cope what happens and still beeing polite at all cost. In 2016 no one would have said anything but 2…

I have never tried an early access VR game before and this being my first I was pleasantly surprised. The graphics are great, but I was a little underwhelmed with the performance when using anything above MED settings. I have a 5.0ghz i9 9900KS with a 3090RTX I hope that the game we see completion, and other things like CO-OP mode get included with the final project. There are also some times where the camera changes (bridge scene) and I almost fell on my ass. There has to be a better way to transition these scenes. I will recommend this project to my friends, as I think there is a hidden gem in here.

well, the graphics are very good. the sunny island is a joy to be on. beautiful. But I play my VR in a 5.5 x 5.5 meter or 18x18ft play space for extra immersion because every step you can take in real life adds to the immersion. this games roomscale mechanics are bad.. the center of your space is where the smooth locomotion origin is.. and it keeps getting hung up on stuff. if you dont stay planted in the very center of your room. Also I was dodging projectiles from the zombies using room scale but they just hit the center of my playspace and killed me. for some reason I wasn't able to use the fix floor option in OVRAS(open vr advanced settings) because it recognized this game as a sitting only game.. so yeah game would work great for just sitting or standing in the center of your room I guess. the voice acting is pretty bad on some lines but I still liked it. I liked the attempt of story. Kinda charming. also if you are to far from the center of your space you cant pick up stuff or activate stuff.. I tried using space turn in OVRAS for manual redirected walking but this broke the game so I tried using the snap and smooth turning for less seamless manual redirected walking but t…
