Abandonware by some cruddy "metaverse" company that does other suspect activities like sell fake land... which also appears to be an abandoned project.

"Death Gunfire - Kill the Zombie" is, well, what happens when asset flippers get delusions of grandeur. This is a VR exclusive Unity asset flip, which doesn't make asset flips better, it just makes VR worse. The usual plot here... kill asset flipped zombies. The super comical part is the developer thinks they just created the metaverse... you certainly run into a lot of cringe on the shovelware section of Steam. This was abandoned by the developer around 2 years ago and will never be completed, it's just polluting Steam. Another valueless asset flip that offers nothing new or interesting to gamers and only exists to pat the developers ego on the back. The game graphics look better than you might expect, but that's just because it looks like some or all of them are "borrowed" from asset stores or wherever. Gamers can tell... and it comes across as insincere. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too. Death Gunfire - Kill the Zombie is a small-scale virtual reality action game that places its emphasis on immediate zombie-shooting thrills rather than an elaborate campaign.
