Dead Island Retro Revenge is not from the original Dead Island Developers. BUT it can be fun, at least if you enjoy Retro-Style-Games. The concept is the same like in old 16-bit Retro games, you walk / run through the levels, kill zombies, collect power ups and farming points while switching the three lines, upper, middle and bottom. The goal is to get better and better highscores, like in a arcade hall from thje 80's and 90's. For me it was fun so i would recommend it to hardcore retro fans.^^ :31 found this helpful
Its an okay game. I think it was more of a bonus to the definitive edition when it came out, as its a short game. HOWEVER if you are looking to 100 percent the game (Achievements) its harder than it looks. Game can feel very boring and slow as it gets repetitive fast. I only bought this game since Im a fan of the dead island games. This game is a spinoff, does not relate to dead island at all. If you are looking to waste a couple of dollars on a small game then buy this.
