Deadwalker Chronicles feels the same with similarly interesting concept, but there are too many things dragging it down, including the UI. Before going deeper into it, the gameplay can be summarized as a board game-inspired, resource/action management game with cards. You will have to choose whether to reduce danger levels or fight zombies, while deciding which cards are best played now, saved for later or burned for energy. It's a simple system but a decent foundation. Unfortunately, currently it's rather unpolished. The cards I had unlocked don't allow different strategies or combos. To play cards you need to burn cards for energy, which means you might just be playing 1-2 cards per turn if you got lucky and draw energy cards.
